This policy explains what information Devsoop ("we", "us") collects through devsoop.com and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you fill in our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, store URL, the services you're interested in, your message and the revenue range you choose. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we receive your email address. If you email us or book a call, we receive whatever you send.

We don't use advertising trackers on this site. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, to prepare the audit or proposal you asked for, and, if you subscribed, to send our newsletter. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, calls are booked through Calendly, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Each processes data on our behalf only to provide that service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to work with you, and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from the newsletter, by emailing info@devsoop.com.
